• Handle customer enquiry with professional skill and manner

  • Coordinate and follow up the issues with internal and external parties

  • Prepare and update reports regularly

  • Assist in administrative tasks, promotional events and marketing activities

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Post-secondary or above in any related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer services

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin

  • Customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal skill and communication skill

  • Independent, well-organized, with strong sense of responsibility
