Handle customer enquiry with professional skill and manner
Coordinate and follow up the issues with internal and external parties
Prepare and update reports regularly
Assist in administrative tasks, promotional events and marketing activities
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Post-secondary or above in any related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer services
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
Customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
Independent, well-organized, with strong sense of responsibility
Immediate available is preferred
