• Perform regular procurement for offices and branches

  • Monitor and work closely with suppliers to ensure quality services/products

  • Provide general administrative support to offices and branches

  • Assist in revising the operation workflow regularly in order to enhance the productivity

  • Prepare regular reports for management review

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

  • Form 7/DSE or above with minimum 3 year's administration experience

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a flexible attitude

  • Able to act with good judgment and common sense on a day-to-day basis

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
