Perform regular procurement for offices and branches
Monitor and work closely with suppliers to ensure quality services/products
Provide general administrative support to offices and branches
Assist in revising the operation workflow regularly in order to enhance the productivity
Prepare regular reports for management review
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Form 7/DSE or above with minimum 3 year's administration experience
Self-motivated and proactive with a flexible attitude
Able to act with good judgment and common sense on a day-to-day basis
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
