Perform regular procurement for offices and branches
Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality services/products
Conduct price negotiation to obtain better terms and conditions
Assist in revising the operation workflow regularly in order to enhance the productivity
Prepare regular reports for management review
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Higher Diploma or above with 2-5 year' experience in office administration
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
