Support Customer Management Department to develop and deploy data programmes, management reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions to fulfil the business need under considerable deadline pressure
Take initiative to turn raw data from different systems into insights that helps enhance business operation
Develop and support a wide variety of ad-hoc/ new information deliverables and analyses
Interfaces with business users to translate business requirements and strategy into information process
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, computer Science, BBA or related disciplines
2 years+ proven experience in data analysis or database management experience or equivalent
R or Python, Excel VBA are required; SQL and other database management experience definitely an advantage
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, with capacity of articulating the information management process in business language
