  • Assist senior management with a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, spreadsheets and other issues

  • Manage and maintain files and records, including correspondence, reports and documents

  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Degree holder major in Business or a related field (preferred)

  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience or in a similar role

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  • Basic accounting skill such as book keeping and preparing invoices will be an advantage

  • Responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented
