• Contact customers to follow up overdue and delinquent accounts

  • Handle enquires from customers and sales

  • Assist in compilation of management account

  • Perform cash application

  • Provide clerical support in daily operation

  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

  • Form 5 or above

  • Experience in administration, customer service or credit collection is highly preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Familiar with MS word, excel, outlook and Chinese word processing

  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive working attitude, good team player, detail-minded and be able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred
