• Liaise with customers to follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts

  • Handle enquires in credit and collection team

  • Compile management reports

  • Provide clerical support in daily credit activities

  • Handle litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal and prepare related reports

  • Form 5 or above

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or credit collection is highly preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Familiar with MS word, excel, and Chinese word processing

  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred
