Perform general accounting, clerical and administrative work, such as data entry, report preparation, document filing etc…
Assist in preparation of payment cheque and vouchers.
Assist in AR/AP settlement and bank reconciliation.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Undergraduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.
A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, MYOB and Chinese Word Processing.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Availability to work at least 2 half day per week.
Immediate available preferred.
