  • Responsible full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, EC case handling, C&B policy administration etc.

  • Deliver various C&B programs and initiatives to support continuing growth of the Company

  • Participate in compensation and benefits market surveys to consolidate market intelligence, including data preparation, job matching and analysis of survey findings to conduct salary benchmarking

  • Handle Insurance review and related administration process

  • Driving the design and review of compensation structure and incentive programs

  • Participate in formulating HR related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standard

  • Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, major in HRM would be an advantage

  • 3 years' experience or above in sizable organization would be preferred

  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice

  • Analytical, innovative and able to change at fast pace

  • Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude

  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks

  • Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Officer
