• Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategic planning to ensure company’s recruitment needs are met, including talent sourcing and assessment, hiring processes, workforce planning, recruiting operations, and candidate experience

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment process independently from developing job descriptions, candidates sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and offering

  • Ensure the most cost effective and efficient recruitment tools and channels are used

  • Perform analysis of hiring needs, prepare the headcount budget and assess the hiring efficiency regularly

  • Drive employer branding programs, support the team for any talent acquisition related projects, eg. graduate programs, internship programs etc.

  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned

  • University degree with minimum 7 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in sizable organization

  • Analytical, innovative, able to manage multiple projects & change at fast pace

  • Excellent time and program management skills

  • High degree of independency, problem-solving capability and customer-centric

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manger
