• Work with different teams to carry out  process re-engineering projects and to enhance business operations efficiency

  • Be the key interface between business stakeholders and interval teams in project management, and coordinate with internal and external parties

  • Implement staff relations strategies and drive the programs to attract, motivate, engage and retain employees

  • Develop and organize staff events and programs, e.g. Annual Staff Dinner, Staff Townhall meeting, and other events or gatherings

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and other duties as required

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, majoring in Business Management/ Administration, or Human Resources Management is preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sizable organization

  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice will be an advantage

  • Analytical, innovative and able to change at fast pace

  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), project plan, reporting and proposal-writing experience
