• Responsible for full range of HR functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits, employee relations.

  • Monthly payroll calculation, MPF, staff records maintenance and leave management etc.

  • Prepare and consolidate HR related reports

  • Handle staff issues (e.g. disciplinary actions and staff complaints etc.)

  • Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, majoring in HRM would be an advantage

  • 5 years' experience or above in sizable organization would be preferred

  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice

  • Analytical, innovative and able to change at fast pace

  • Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude

  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
