Lead cross-departmental projects attaining to corporate-wide business strategies and goals
Define scope of projects in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, and formulate the business case for the associated projects
Develop the project plan and design a delivery model and team structure that enable effective concurrent delivery of multiple projects
Manage the projects on a daily basis to ensure effective delivery of the project goals and business outcome
Prepare regular project reporting including reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits
Effectively manage project resources to drive resolution of identified project issues and risks. Gain senior management & stakeholder buy-in that risks and issues are effectively mitigated within desired tolerance levels
Manage vendor selection process, vendor relationship and the quality and timeliness of vendor deliverable for the projects
University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
4-8+ years in managing large-scale, cross-departmental business projects/programs that achieves major business outcome
Domain knowledge in Real Estates or businesses with an agency model would be an advantage
Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent negotiation skills
Experience in leading diversified team members
Experience with managing external development vendors and technology partners
Certified in PMP, Agile or PRINCE2
Six Sigma Black Belt/ Lean Master is a plus
Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC and program/project management processes and tools
Independent, strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
