• Handle incoming phone calls

  • Handle and troubleshoot on internal user’s technical enquiries

  • Log calls into the helpdesk system

  • Handle general clerical and administrative support

  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation

  • F.5 or above

  • Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese

  • Hard working, responsible, energetic, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure

  • 1-2 years relevant IT helpdesk experience

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
