Handle and troubleshoot on internal user’s technical enquiries
Log calls into the helpdesk system
Handle general clerical and administrative support
Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation
F.5 or above
Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
Hard working, responsible, energetic, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
1-2 years relevant IT helpdesk experience
Fresh graduate will also be considered
