Responsible for stores leasing & markets expansion plan in Hong Kong market
Liaise with legal team to review all leasing agreements/ related legal documents and negotiate with landlords for lease renewal
Conduct market research and analysis for lease renewal or new lease evaluation
Prepare valuation of market rents & regular reports to senior management
Handle general leasing matters including tenancy administration, terms negotiation and claims procedure leasing documents
Work closely with Operation team to ensure timely delivery of premises for completion of renovation/upgrade/other premises work
Build a strong rapport with existing and potential landlords
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Degree holder of Real Estates, Property Management or related disciplines
2 years+ retail real estate or leasing experience in mass retailer or developer
Experience in handling portfolio with a large number of stores is a great advantage
Commercially savvy with strong numerical analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
