Handle property leasing negotiations including new leasing, renewal, market research and tenancy administrative work
Handle leasing enquiries and offer related proposals and documents
Maintain good relationship different parties, including developers, landlords and agents
Prepare rental forecast and leasing reports
Coordinate with internal parties on leasing documents
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Diploma or above
1 year or above in property leasing
Good communication skills and result-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
