• Handle property leasing negotiations including new leasing, renewal, market research and tenancy administrative work

  • Handle leasing enquiries and offer related proposals and documents

  • Maintain good relationship different parties, including developers, landlords and agents

  • Prepare rental forecast and leasing reports

  • Coordinate with internal parties on leasing documents

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

  • Diploma or above

  • 1 year or above in property leasing

  • Good communication skills and result-oriented attitude

  • Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
