• Coordinate routine and daily repair and maintenance works for offices and branches

  • To monitor site progress, site coordination work

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties

  • Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers

  • Monitor payment, submissions and quality control to meet project schedule

  • Assist and handle other ad hoc issues assigned by superiors

  • DSE or above with minimum 2 years experience

  • Good team player and willing to communicate with multi-parties

  • Attentive to details and good project management and interpersonal skills
