Participate in property valuations, feasibility studies and consultancy services
Conduct market research & analysis for the property market
Advise on land & town planning matters and government policy issues on land & properties
Handle Sales and marketing proposals & prepare materials for presentations
Assist in expanding business opportunities
Degree in Surveying / Real Estate with minimum 2 years experience in valuation and general practice surveying
Member of HKIS / RICS in General Practice Division
Presentable, good communication skill, self-motivated and strong marketing sense
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Surveyor
