• Conduct research, design, promotion, delivering, and evaluation in classroom and e-learning training courses

  • Responsible for soft skill training programs and assist hard skill training courses

  • Prepare, coordinate and record training materials, including classroom and e-learning training courses

  • Assist in producing training videos to enhance training effectiveness of learning platform

  • Prepare training reports for evaluation and continuous improvement

  • Assist in formulating, coordinating, promoting, and evaluating training projects

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head

  • Degree Holder in Training & Development, HRM, Business Management, or related discipline

  • 5 years of solid experience in training and development management

  • Knowledge of video shooting & editing is a definite advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate level or above)

  • Able to handle training projects independently

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Training & Development Officer
