Conduct research, design, promotion, delivering and evaluation in classroom and e-learning training courses
Responsible for soft skill training programs and assist hard skill training courses
Prepare, coordinate and record training materials including classroom and e-learning training courses
Prepare training reports for evaluation and continuous improvement
Assist in formulating, coordinating, promoting and evaluating training projects
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head
Degree Holder in Training & Development, HRM, Business Management or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' solid experience
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate level or above)
Able to handle training projects independently
Candidates with more less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
