• Conduct research, design, promotion, delivering and evaluation in classroom and e-learning training courses

  • Responsible for soft skill training programs and assist hard skill training courses

  • Prepare, coordinate and record training materials including classroom and e-learning training courses

  • Prepare training reports for evaluation and continuous improvement

  • Assist in formulating, coordinating, promoting and evaluating training projects

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head

  • Degree Holder in Training & Development, HRM, Business Management or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years' solid experience

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate level or above)

  • Able to handle training projects independently

  • Candidates with more less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
