Responsibilities:
Systems Analysis & Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to analyze business needs and translate them into functional system specifications and technical designs.
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
Database Administration: Manage and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Performance Engineering: Identify system bottlenecks; perform troubleshooting, debugging, and testing to ensure high application responsiveness.
System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive seamless integration and support business goals.
Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide ongoing support for existing systems.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
System Analyst: 5+ years of experience in web development and systems analysis.
Analyst Programmer: 0–4 years of experience (Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are welcome).
Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and PHP.
Solid experience in database design and programming (specifically MongoDB and MariaDB).
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or EKS environments is a significant advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
