About the Role:

In this key role, you will lead a small team of AI specialists to enhance our company's daily operations using cutting-edge AI technologies. Your efforts will focus on optimizing processes, such as developing chatbots to address internal queries and automating repetitive tasks, directly improving our efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a small team of AI specialists to drive innovation and excellence.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives.

• Guide teams on AI/ML capabilities and promote adoption across the organization.

AI Development and Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models tailored for real estate applications.

• Create AI-powered features for the company’s website and mobile app.

• Implement AI-powered automation (e.g., chatbots for internal queries).

• Analyze existing workflows to identify ML opportunities for automation and optimization.

Technical Excellence

• Build and fine-tune custom ML models for scalability, accuracy, and real-time decision-making.

• Integrate ML solutions with existing CRM, external, and internal systems.

• Partner with IT to build data collection, storage, and processing pipelines for ML training.

• Maintain data quality and governance for reliable model performance.

• Monitor and evaluate ML model performance (e.g., accuracy, speed, business impact), refining models based on feedback and emerging data trends.
