End-to-End Video Production: Lead the full production cycle for long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels/XiaoHongShu/Douyin) content. This includes scripting, stakeholder coordination, professional shooting (camera operation), and post-production.
On-Camera Hosting: Act as the face of our channel, presenting complex market information in an engaging manner (Cantonese & Putonghua).
Tech-Driven Editing & AI Integration:
- Create high-quality visuals using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Actively utilize AI tools (e.g., Minimax, HeyGen) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.Performance Optimization: Analyze video metrics (Retention rate, CTR) to refine content strategies and drive engagement growth.
Education & Experience: Degree holder with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in video production.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in professional camera operation for both indoor studios and outdoor locations.
- Expert in non-linear editing software and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI generation tools is highly preferred.Language Skills: Proficient in Cantonese and Putonghua (Essential for hosting); Good command of English; Able to write Traditional & Simplified Chinese.
Mindset: Data-driven, adaptable to fast turnarounds, and willing to work outdoors as required.
