- Provide general administrative assistance to the branch operations, including but not limited to:

  • Branch opening and closing arrangement

  • Procurement processes - including sourcing, tendering and negotiation and invoice handling

  • Vendor management - work closely with suppliers to ensure the standard of services/products meet the requirements

  • Branch visits and monitoring

- Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and procedures

- Support ad-hoc projects as required

  • Higher Diploma or above (Candidate with administration experience will be an advantage, Fresh graduate will also be considered)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Proactive and able to work independently

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
