- Provide general administrative assistance to the branch operations, including but not limited to:
Branch opening and closing arrangement
Procurement processes - including sourcing, tendering and negotiation and invoice handling
Vendor management - work closely with suppliers to ensure the standard of services/products meet the requirements
Branch visits and monitoring
- Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and procedures
- Support ad-hoc projects as required
Higher Diploma or above (Candidate with administration experience will be an advantage, Fresh graduate will also be considered)
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
