What you'll be doing
Keep abreast of labour-related ordinance and market best practices thus drive policy/benefits review, and support diverse HR initiatives to meet business needs.
Participate in annual C&B projects, e.g. annual performance exercise, insurance renewal, etc.
Responsible for HR operational functions including on/off-boarding & employee life cycle management, monthly payroll & MPF processing, HRIS maintenance, leave & benefits administration, and etc.
Prepare and consolidate HR related reports
Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned, e.g. HRIS project
Degree holder in any disciplines, major in HRM would be an advantage
At least 3 years of experience in HR or Rewards role, preferably in sizable organization
Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as a strong understanding of relevant labour laws and regulations
Analytical, innovative and able to change at fast pace
Independent, well-organized yet have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Senior Officer"
