Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives.
Create AI-powered features for the company's website and mobile app.
Analyze existing workflows to identify ML opportunities for automation and optimization.
Implement AI-powered automation (e.g., chatbots).
Guide teams on AI/ML capabilities and promote adoption.
Design, develop, and deploy ML models.
Build and fine-tune custom ML models for real estate applications.
Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and real-time decision-making.
Integrate ML solutions with existing CRM, external, and internal systems.
Partner with IT to build data collection, storage, and processing pipelines for ML training.
Maintain data quality and governance for reliable model performance.
Monitor and evaluate ML model performance (e.g., accuracy, speed, business impact).
Refine models based on feedback and emerging data trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years of AI/ML solutions development experience (ML model development, deployment, and monitoring).
Demonstrated success implementing ML solutions in business environments (real estate/proptech experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with MLOps, cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI), and APIs.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on business impact.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Manager position.
