Position Overview
Seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer for a fast-paced team, contributing to the full software development life cycle and creating intuitive designs for applications and responsive web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in analysis, research, design, and launch phases.
Deliver user journeys, flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Develop UI drafts, components, visual designs, and maintain design libraries.
Adhere to style and branding standards.
Identify, track, and resolve design issues in the team.
Work efficiently in a high-velocity environment.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand behaviors (advantageous).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
2+ years in UI/UX Design.
Experience with applications and responsive web platforms.
Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
Positive attitude focused on high-quality delivery.
Proficient on Mac; skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Canva.
Interest in AI tools for creators, with demonstrable project case studies.
Basic knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin speaking and Chinese reading/writing advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies is a plus.
