Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager / Supervisor to lead and supervise teams in crafting innovative social media and marketing strategies, managing partnerships and loyalty programs, and executing high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine proven team leadership experience, digital marketing expertise, and strong relationship-building skills to drive engagement, oversee operations, and foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the social media, partnership, and campaign teams, providing guidance, performance oversight, and strategic direction to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Content Creation: Develop engaging property & mortgage related content in copy and multimedia formats, from concept to production, to boost engagement and generate sales leads.
Social Media Management: Take a hands-on approach to managing the daily operations of major social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube). Oversee content creation, ad planning, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting.
Supervision of China Marketing Platforms: Lead a small team managing China-focused marketing platforms (e.g., XHS, WeChat, Douyin), ensuring strategic execution, consistent content, and optimized performance across regions.
Partnerships & Campaigns: Supervise the implementation of strategic partnerships, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns that align with company goals and brand positioning.
Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze ad campaign performance across all channels, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize future results and team efforts.
SEO Optimization: Apply effective SEO techniques to enhance channel performance and customer acquisition, with clear, measurable KPIs for supervised teams.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with marketing technology trends and explore innovative AI applications to maintain a competitive edge, while mentoring team members on emerging tools.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in social media and digital marketing, including 1 year leading a team; experience in real estate or finance-related fields, or agency/new media background, is a plus.
Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese and English, with excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
Technical Skills: Experience in video editing, video production, and image editing is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Tech Savvy: Strong learning ability with familiarity in AI tools and marketing technologies.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Supervisor position.
