Assist in property acquisition, asset management & strategies formulation for the Group’s property investment
Assist to manage Group’s property leasing, marketing and administration matters
Liaise with potential tenants and property agents
Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Degree holder in Real Estate / Surveying / Property Management
2 years’ solid experience in retail leasing background will be an advantage
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated, innovative with good interpersonal skills
Strong market sense and analytical thinking
Holder of Estate Agent's License is a plus
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Officer
