Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for property agent licensing, regulatory compliance, operations, and sales – covering research, curriculum design, materials creation and facilitation – with a learner-centered approach to drive measurable business performance
Partner with designated frontline districts to assess training gaps, design and facilitate customized solutions, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure practical relevance and effective skill transfer
Manage enrollment and promotion for Midland University licensing programs, lead curriculum enhancements and regulatory updates, serve as principal instructor, and monitor pass rates and participant satisfaction to uphold course excellence and market reputation.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness including planning, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and outcome analysis, using data-driven insights to align learning strategies with organizational goals
Familiar with the Learning Management System (LMS) while driving departmental automation through digital tools to streamline training administration and enhance operational efficiency
Produce multi-media training materials including video editing, presentation design, and digital learning content. Plan and implement training program promotions to maximize reach and learner engagement
Support any projects as assigned by the department head
Requirements
University degree holder with 5 years or more of experience in training and development; experience in frontline operations or retail/service industry training is preferred
Possess strong capabilities in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), course design, materials development and delivery, with strong data analytics skills to leverage evaluation outcomes for ongoing strategic improvement
Proficient in computer operations, AI tools, design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut), and Microsoft Office, with the ability to type in Chinese
Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of training initiatives.Strong command of Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, both written and spoken
